Direct production in Gordona, Italy
We design and manufacture directly in Italy, at our plant in Gordona (Sondrio), with over 20 production lines and flexible equipment. This lets us control formats, delivery times and reliable quality across the entire supply chain, from raw material to product ready for distribution.
A facility built for volume and continuity
Our plant covers over 9,000 sqm, with a dedicated warehouse of a further 1,800 sqm for raw materials and finished product. A team of over 70 people oversees production, which reaches over 800,000 pieces a day – around 175 million single-use products a year.
This capacity lets us guarantee consistent batches even for recurring supply agreements and high volumes, a key requirement for distributors supplying large groups, healthcare facilities, major retail chains or pharmacy networks.
From raw material selection to finished product
We select the raw materials that enter our production process in-house, managing both the storage of semi-finished goods and of products ready for distribution. Quality control accompanies every stage of production, in line with our certified ISO 13485 management system.
A structured logistics network
Shipments and supplies leave our site for distributors every day. We supply partners in Italy and in over 70 countries worldwide, with France, Germany, Poland, Spain and the Nordic countries as our main export markets.
