Dispotech designs and manufactures single-use and reusable devices directly in Italy for the medical, dental, sports and mass retail sectors – and makes them available to distributors as the basis for a private-label line. We don’t just supply you a product: we build it with you, from the graphics on the individual item to the size of the pallet in your warehouse.
One manufacturer, your identity on the shelf
Dispotech sits at the start of the supply chain: we design and manufacture, our distributors supply retailers and sales networks that, in turn, reach the end customer. Private label fits in right here: the product we manufacture stays the same in quality and process, but its identity – packaging, graphics, formats – becomes yours.
This means freeing yourself from logistics complexity while keeping control with a single, direct supplier, with the flexibility to adjust quantities and packing to the real needs of your warehouse and your sales channels.

The product
Graphics and colour of the product’s wrapping, to make it recognisable from the first contact. For specific needs, we can also look together at the size of the wrapping itself and the colour of the product formulation.
The packaging
The pack that contains the product – box, case, counter display – customised in graphics to bring your brand to every touchpoint with the end customer. We have extensive experience designing displays and pallet boxes; we’ll recommend the solution best suited to your needs, even developing one from scratch when the sales channel requires it.
Pack formats and quantities
Box sizes and the quantity of pieces they contain, down to the pallet size best suited to your warehouse: we calibrate the packing to the space available and to the logistics of your sales channels, so the product arrives shelf-ready with no repackaging steps.

Examples of customisable products
Among the single-use products we design and manufacture in-house, the most requested for private label are: single-use ice packs, reusable hot/cold gel packs, ice spray, wipes, roll-format patient capes, roll medical bed sheets, single-use blood pressure cuff covers, sterilisation pouches and rolls, capes with pockets, decontamination mats, and hygiene wash gloves. Beyond consulting on product, packaging and packing, we also make our communication expertise available: ready-made material that can be customised with your brand, available in multiple languages. Dispotech’s certified quality, your look
Changing a product’s graphic identity doesn’t change how we manufacture it: the own-brand line comes from the same certified ISO 13485 quality management system and, for devices falling within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, the same technical documentation we provide for the Dispotech-branded range. Some devices are classified as Class I or IIa depending on their intended use – the classification doesn’t change with brand customisation.
For those taking part in public tenders on behalf of their customers, this means being able to rely on an own-brand line that is still backed by complete technical and informational material compliant with applicable regulations in force. For certification details, see Certifications.
